Continuing
education and development are high priorities for the Mlnarik Team. Larry,
Marilyn and Todd each hold GRI Certification (Graduate Realtor Institute), an
intense year-long development program for real estate professionals.
Additionally,
Marilyn is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the highest designation
awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation
recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. |

Lakers who bring you years of experience and a genuine desire to serve.
After moving to the lake in 2000, our successful corporate careers transitioned
into professional and reliable Grand Lake real estate sales. With relocations
from our original home in Nebraska and Iowa to Kansas City… then on to Tulsa,
LA, Houston and ultimately Grand Lake, we came to intimately know the value of a
good Realtor.
During Larry’s corporate career of 29 years with Skelly, Getty and Texaco, he
held positions in Corporate Treasury, Supply and Trading. Prior to returning to
Oklahoma, Larry was Manager of U.S. Refined Products Supply Exchanges for the
downstream joint venture of Texaco, Shell and Saudi Aramco. Marilyn was a CPA,
long-time manager for The Williams Companies, and corporate consultant in
accounting, finance, system conversion and staffing.
Larry
and Marilyn joined the real estate industry and Coldwell Banker Shangri-La Realty in 2003. Todd joined
them in 2006. He too brought an extensive knowledge of Grand Lake and a
background in credit and retail management. The Mlnarik Team is among the top
producers in Coldwell Banker Shangri-La Realty Oklahoma, earning the prestigious 100% Club Award for the
last five consecutive years.
The Mlnarik Team is active in the Grand Lake community too, particularly in the
care and management of local resources like water quality, fire protection and
infrastructure. We enjoy Shangri-La golf, area fishing and the many fun
festivities of Grand Lake O’ The Cherokees.
